GENERAL TERMS

 

We provide accommodation according to the published information and the description and date of the confirmed reservation. The guest agrees that all his data is entered into the customer’s reservation database for booking purposes. We are committed to protecting personal data by the GDPR.

 

 

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

 

Inquiries and accommodation reservations are sent by e-mail. When booking, the guest confirms that he is familiar with general terms and conditions and accepts them in full. In this way, everything stated in these general terms and conditions becomes a legal obligation for both parties. When booking, the guest is obliged to provide all the information required by the booking process. It is necessary to pay a 30% deposit to our account. The reservation is valid only after payment of the total amount of the rent, which is due on the day of arrival.

 

 

TOURIST TAX

 

According to the current Tourist Tax Payment Act in Croatia, the guest must pay the tourist tax by paying for accommodation. Children up to 12 years are exempt from payment, youngsters from 12 to 18 years have a 50% discount.

 

 

ACCOMMODATION PRICE

 

The accommodation price includes the basic service as described when making a reservation. Accommodation prices are published in € and include VAT. We reserve the right to change the published prices. If there is a change before the advance payment, we inform the guest about the price change.

 

 

RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 

We reserve the right to change the reservation in case of extraordinary circumstances that cannot be foreseen, eliminated or avoided.

 

 

GUEST’S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 

The guest is obliged to make any changes or cancellations in writing. Any change must be notified by the guest no later than 30 days before the start of use of the service. Based on the agreement, the already paid reservation can be transferred to another person, but also, in this case, the guest must notify this no later than 30 days before the planned arrival. If the guest cannot arrive during the booked dates, the reservation can be transferred to another date based on the agreement, but the guest must notify about the cancellation no later than 30 days before the planned arrival. Otherwise, we withhold 50% payment for the original appointment. In case of non-arrival or if the guest does not cancel the reservation, the entire amount is withheld.

We do not refund the advance payment in any case!

 

 

OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST – THE GUEST IS OBLIGED:

 

 • have valid documents on arrival,
• respect the house rules in the accommodation facility and cooperate with service providers in good faith,

In non-compliance with these obligations, the guest bears the costs and is responsible for the damage. By confirming the reservation, the guest undertakes to reimburse the expenses incurred on the spot in the event of any damage caused by himself or someone for whom he is responsible.

 

 

LUGGAGE

 

We are not responsible for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage and the theft of luggage or valuables in the accommodation facility. Lost luggage or theft must be reported to the competent police station.

 

 

ANIMALS

 

Pets are allowed in the accommodation facility, but with prior notice and against payment.

 

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

 

Arrival time: after 3 pm (or by agreement). Departure time: until 10.00 (or by agreement).
